CALD Resources

Kultural Kingz Partnership

Pivotal Connect has partnered with the Kultural Kingz a CALD organisation that specialises in Samoan translation, cultural arts, crafts, and traditional attire.

Kultural Kingz is lead by founders Aron Pulemagafa & Handslite Aufi (leader facilitator in cultural arts and crafts) their team includes co-facilitators Tymira Pulemagafa and Jade Aufai, along with Assistant Cultural Designers Theresa Fernandez and Maria Pulemagafa, who contribute to cultural attire design and translation services.

This collaboration allows us to offer enriched resources and culturally tailored support to our CALD, Māori, and Pasefika communities.

Multicultural Australia

Multicultural Australia is a Queensland-based not-for-profit organisation that supports refugees, migrants, and international students through programs like the Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program, helping newcomers build independence, access services, and actively participate in the community during their first five years in Australia.

Multicultural Service Officers at Centrelink
Multicultural Service Officers (MSOs) work directly with multicultural communities, Centrelink staff, and other government departments to make Centrelink’s payments and services more accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. They help build strong community relationships, assist with complex cases, support communication through language services, and work to improve how services are delivered to CALD individuals.
