Pivotal Connect is a Queensland-based disability and community services provider. We support people of all ages and backgrounds, with a strong focus on those from culturally diverse communities. Our team delivers real, practical support with care and respect.

We offer psychosocial recovery coaching, specialist support coordination, social work, emergency and respite accommodation, private tenancies , community transport, home care, personal training, and more. You don’t need to figure it all out on your own. We’ll help match the right services to your situation.

Pivotal Connect was created to fill a gap. We saw how hard it was for people, especially from CALD, Māori and Pasefika communities, to get support that made sense for them. We started this service to make things clearer, safer, and more connected.

Not at all. While we do support many NDIS participants, our services go far beyond that. We work with people from all walks of life, whether you have funding, are waiting for approval, or have no formal plan in place. From emergency accommodation to recovery coaching, social work, cultural support, and home care. If you need help, we’re here to listen and support you.

We understand complexity. Whether it’s behavioural issues, domestic violence, housing crisis, or just trying to navigate the system, we don’t turn away. We take time to listen, we work with your culture, and we make sure you feel seen and supported.
